  • Title should be short and meaningful.

Authors

  • List all authors after their approval by email.
  • Authors' names: Book Antiqua, 12 font size, bold, comma-separated.

Affiliations and Emails

  • Write affiliations and emails directly under author names.
  • Use Book Antiqua, 12 font size, not bold.

Extended Abstract Guidelines

  • Prepare a one-page document (plain writing).
  • Must include title, authors, affiliations, and emails.
  • Contents:
    • Challenges explored.
    • Goals/Objectives (2–3 sentences).
    • Methods, strategies, and any original ideas.
    • Small flowchart or block diagram (optional).
    • Results, analysis, strengths, and unresolved issues.
    • Table or graph can be included if needed.
    • Research Area: Mention clearly in 2–3 sentences.
  • Formatting:
    • Font: Book Antiqua, font size 10.
    • Spacing: Single-spaced.
    • Margins: 0.75" (Top, Bottom, Left, Right).
    • File Format: Submit as PDF converted from MS Word.
  • Structure: Clearly divide your abstract into five sub-sections:
    • Research Area
    • Goals/Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Results and Analysis
    • References
  • Important Notes:
    • No bullet points (to save space).
    • No copyright taken; you are free to share or publish later.
    • Materials already published after September 2020 are allowed.

References

  • 1–3 core references are allowed.
  • If based on your previous work, cite it as Reference #1.

Keywords

  • Include 3 to 5 keywords related to your article.
  • Examples: symposium, IEEE, abstract, template.
